In my last post I mentioned I went to Michaels and they had some great stuff at 40-50% off. Stuff that I probably shouldn’t have bought, probably don’t need and will probably need to say, “What? That? We’ve had that for years! Where have you been?”.
I showed you the one little metal sign I had gotten and put on my yard sale basket that I spray painted white above. Here are the other two I picked up that day. They were 50% off at $1.99 a piece! I was thinking of doing something similar to the “Flower” sign on one of the other baskets I got, and hanging the whole deal with flowers on the gate that leads into my yard.
I also found that I {apparently} have a thing for cherubs ~ but only in my yard. I only just realized this at the end of last Summer and I have several in different areas. So I had to buy this little guy ~ again at 50% off for $7.99. His wings are metal.
I did get one item from Goodwill to share, too. This little candle lantern for $2.99. It matches the metal finish on my little table and chair set by our outdoor fireplace. It came with the glass votive and dusty candle inside, too! Just the right size for this little table.
My love for decorating extends to the outdoors at this time of year!
