Monday I received a package from my swap partner, Leslie of Goodbye House, Hello Home. We both signed up with Gina at The Shabby Chic Cottage for her Spring Supply Swap. What a treasure trove she sent me!
I love her note card and I always keep the notes I get from my bloggy friends. Everything was tucked within this harlequin tissue paper. Boy, she got me to a “T” {am I that obvious}! I took each thing out one by one and here’s a picture of everything. Doesn’t it look wonderful?
Leslie sent me some fleur de lys drawer pulls! How cool ~ I need to see if I can work these into the desk I took over in my living room.
Buttons! Love these buttons and Leslie told me that some of these are from her grandmother’s stash of vintage sewing notions. I was touched that she would send me some. Here they are pictured on a piece of fabric she sent.
Some “K”s, loads of ribbon, a clip-on bird, a nest, some craft paint, stencils, letters ~ I couldn’t believe all she fit in here!
There is so much more and I am sure I’ll be pulling everything out and looking at it over and over. I need to come up with some pretty good projects that will be worthy of these embellishments!
